    Ruled in red, with marginal references in MS., and with woodcut miniatures representing the Apostles and others, initial letters, and paragraph marks coloured by hand.
    In an eighteenth-century gold-tooled red goatskin binding, by Christopher Chapman for the Earl of Oxford.
    The text has been reprinted as follows: 1836, edited by George Offor; 1837, with additional editorial material by J. P. Dabney; 1862, reproduced in lithographic facsimile from tracings of the original and with an introduction by Francis Fry; 1976, a (slightly enlarged) photographic reproduction. These editions have been entered separately in the catalogue at their respective dates of publication.
